This first week was rough!  Damn rain kept me indoors most of the time.

Amber Update

Meeko Update

OMG . . . I've totally made up today for the fact that I haven't had a moment to exercise the last two days.

I was working inventory today in our warehouse at work and went through 6 pallets each with 20 boxes on it!  I mean lifting boxes, moving boxes, and sweating buckets . . . That's 120 boxes each at about 40 pounds each!

So I'm exhausted and I'm not going to be able to do anything today except for downing a big bottle of water when I get home!

On another note, I've totally been watching my portions and eating slower.  That way my stomach has time to catch up and let my brain know I'm full.  I used to eat stuff and just finish it because it was there!  I realized how much overeating I do!

Today was also an eyeopener because I'm wearing a really cute jacket that I used to be able to button up about five years ago . . . Today there's 4 inches of space between where the button and the hole meet!  That's just ridiculous.  Granted it's a medium and I'm up to a large now, but still!

Anyway, I hope you're all doing great and working towards your goals!  :)

Fruit Smoothie Recipie

So I don't have exact measurments it's just kinda whatever we have in the fridge.

Normally it's just a Strawberry Banana Smoothie but we had blueberries so I threw those in too

Recipie:
about a cup or so of Orange Juice (you can also use a few spoonfuls frozen orange Juice)
Ice cubes (however many it takes to make it thick)
4 Strawberries
1 Banana
a handful of Blueberries
a splash of Malibu
Blend
